I didn't buy shares in EIGH for a divi in the first place...the divi was icing on the cake...all the reasons I bought here still exist. I might add that I have personally met Jerry on several occaisions and have no questions about his integrity...I imagine that finding out this divi had to be cancelled is hurting him immensely given his desire to help people.

You're assuming Jerry didn't sell his shares. Only a subpoena of his trading record can answer that question.

SEC can issue them you know.
