i am sure monk and his whole team knew about this for at least a week and sold millions of shares over the last week.

he also had over 120 people send him 1500 for a seminar. Do you think he has the balls to show up to that seminar?

That's a question I bet some large shareholders will ask the SEC to look into.
Probably explains the declines earlier in all the other FLDs too. Those will be harder to prove since the sellers were likely not insiders in any way on the other FLDs.

My guess is that the courts, likely civil and maybe criminal, will be studying this question for quite a while.
