Watched and warned of these guys getting into it with the SEC. Watched as ZENG followed in the footsteps. Now watching this (hopefully) final wrinkle. It is noted that Luiten went silent around the time the SEC and Attorney General filed. Not a peep since. I did file a complaint. Coincidence?
Local used dead man's name to drive up stock: SEC looking for victims who bought into Georgetown company Posted on: Mon, 05 Apr 2010 11:10:41 EDT
Symbols: PDGT Apr 05, 2010 (The Daily News of Newburyport - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Federal investigators said Daniel O'Riordan once included the name of a dead man on a list of phony investors as part of a scam to create a public market for stock in the Georgetown company he once ran. The former Boxford resident also authored false press releases about his company -- Paradigm Tactical Products Inc. -- to influence public stock sales and filed bogus documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission to fraudulently obtain exemptions in connection with the sale of stock, according to an SEC complaint filed yesterday in U.S. District Court. Prosecutors of the U.S. attorney's office Friday charged O'Riordan with securities fraud.
