When the parties are negotiating an out-of-court settlement, it’s common for the patent challenger to agree to provide advance notice of a launch or to agree not to launch at all while negotiations are in progress.

Since the court has ruled favorably for MTNA, my expectation is that launch will go off later today then, eh? ;-)

To your earlier message, why should TEVA worry about a launch when they feel like their case is solid? <rolls eyes>
