Dilution certainly is possible - has nothing to do with charting and all dependent upon L2. I have seen this pattern repeatedly and hope we don't see it again with SMPP. IMHO, they may have been testing the dilution waters today. Not saying they were diluting for sure, but the few large blocks today can most definitely be questioned in light of possible dilution ahead. All of these nasty tickers are capable of doing this and this stock can be taken down to bidless in a blink of an eye, if they choose to do so.
