Apparently the books and records are abysmal and until they aren't,which will be dependent on the examiner, the DS won't be approved.
I see what you are saying william. Your theory is plausible, while I do not believe the Judge will make any decisive judgements that day, I will keep some ammo in my trading acct that day just in case LOL.
