I can tell you what I know. That I received correspondence from the President of the TA (Signature) and from 8000inc CEO Thomas Kelly... both confirmed an audit is taking place. Past that you'll have to contact them directly for answers.

Well if you look back there were some brokerages that were not allowing buys or were requiring buyers to pay additional fees for the certificates. Not sure how that might effect the audit but it may have something to do with it.
