8000inc (EIGH.pk) stock audit results identify discrepancies.

The board of 8000inc would like to apologize for the delay in issuing this investor update. As stated, the Company has undertaken a stock audit of its common shares and the following has been revealed in the preliminary stages.

The company's transfer agent verified all issued regular (common) stock, certifying that all 138,824,700 regular shares were accounted for in the register, with 5,000,000 restricted shares out of a total of 143,824,700 issued common shares. The report also verified that between the dates of August 22 and September 30, the number of shares bought and held was 51,839,151, with a trading volume for the period of 63,185,590 shares.

Subsequent to the report, the company undertook a sample audit of 545 accounts, correlated to their clearing or brokerage firm. These accounts showed a current held position of 82,745,008 shares of 8000inc common stock. Further assessment identified significant short positions, (>10%), within this sample. Of the total number of retail shares that they purchased, 29,581,931 common 8000inc shares, bought and held in trading accounts, are yet to be allocated to the various market makers and or brokerages. These figures were measured against the absolute certified stock report for 8000inc prepared by the company's transfer agent. Notably, the short positions identified are attributable to less than 65% of the recorded retail share purchases of 8000inc common stock of this sample cohort and do not include stock purchases by the market at large.

8000inc are confident that as an OTC.PK corporation, non-reporting and with the dividend fast approaching, a resolution to these findings is imminent. The Board has and will continue taking appropriate advice in this matter. It is of paramount importance for the Board of 8000inc to safeguard our shareholders and their investment. Further statements will be issued immediately to our shareholders and the market as more information is reported.

I will try to answer your questions.

Q. at what point, exactly, do the evil NSS'ers actually collect their millions upon millions of dollars?

Answer. they collect them on the way down as do most Shorting, the difference comes a. when you control both the bid and the ask ( as does shorty), b. YOu have no shorting competition, only long competition, and c. Most important if the Clearing Firms never call in the marker, you never have to cover, so all the selling you did without ever having to buy is where your millions of dollars of profit lies.

Q. Why haven't we ever heard of brokerages going bankrupt from paying these guys? After all, they've destroyed so many wonderful penny stocks and certainly must have reaped billions in the process.

Q. Brokerages rarely go broke because 99 out of 100 companies they target, they usually succeed in either blowng out the company or keeping the stock on the down low. Every now and then they miscalculate and a company that either has the goods or a good strategy jumps up and bites them. When your winning percentage is 95 out of 100, you probably don't go bankrupt as a MM. It is a farily successful endeavor from theri point of view, and they take their losses when they occur, cover their mistakes, and move on to easier targets. The companies they wreck, just kind of slips into oblivion, generally speaking.

Q. For NSS to be possible, one must believe that some entity is able to create shares out of thin air in order to short them without ever covering.

A. The entire process of of allowing MM's to control everything from the bid and the ask is very inviting for fraud. If they show up on Reg Sho Lists, many times, the SP will mysteriously drop and they never have to cover, or t Many in Government are working diligently to stop this, unfortunately, most do not understand how it all works.

Here is a great link posted earlier by CMISTOCKS earlier today, which should help you understand what is going on and why.

The Phantom Shares Menace

Q. If they have the ability to create fake stock then wouldn't it be infinitely easier for them to go long on those air shares and ride the momentum of the wonderful penny stock company's success instead of all the illegality involved with trying to destroy it? After all, the potential profit from a short position is finite whereas the potential return from a long position is unlimited.

A. When you are an MM and you short a stock, on your side is the fact that you are the one controlling the bid and the ask, and ultimately the stock price. What a beautiful business to be in. They don't like to take risk, they like to bet on sure things, shorting is virtually a sure thing about 95% of the time, whereas being on the winning side of a trade requires, time, DD and a few other factors to work in the right direction on the Long's behalf.

Unlike some of the bashers here who try to portray that NSS is a figment, or show me kinda thing. IT IS NOT. The more you understand the reasonings behind it, the attempts to get it under control, the better investor you will become.
