Magic Man, here is the share structure I received from the TA yesterday. As you can see if you subtract the Outstanding Shares from the Restricted Shares you get a total of 246,388,175 in the float. But, on 24 Aug there was a SEC File Form SC 13D (Statement of Beneficial Ownership). This investor owns 219,800,000 shares of Common Stock. So, if you subtract the 246,388,175 from the 219,800,000 shares you have only 26,588,175 remaining in the float. The link to the SEC file is also below. This stock could blow up in a hurry with any Reverse Merger news. GLTU
