The problem here is that many people have never used a block trading desk to execute orders and do not realize that ONLY THE SELLER PRINTS TO THE TAPE on OTC stocks. Accumulation/Distribution is absolutely meaningless on a pink sheet stock because it does not take into account THE FACT that every single print to the tape is a seller.

The stock you see being sold at at the ask is a real seller. So when one of you buy into that seller, you assume it is only a buyer at work when in fact the print is for someone who actually sold you that stock. The supply you see coming down on the ask is a not held order for someone who owns a lot of stock and who is selling it as fast as they can find buyers.

The age of online trading has led the neophyte down a primrose path to slaughter and made it very easy for swindlers to teach them the wrong things about how to measure a stock's strength.
