Every single share in the legal float is tradeable. If the company says otherwise, they are lying out of their crooked mouths.

The tradeable float here is 138.8 million shares and that is just the way it is. And from the looks of the price action in this scam over the past 10 days, it appears that much of it is looking for a way to get out. This scam has lost 50% of its value and the chart looks terrible.
