Ellis, I think it's hard for any of us to figure legal expenses. The company provided guidance for revenues but that's not net.

Besides the Nokia and Samsung expenses we also have the law suit with the insurance company. Now add to that expenses in Delaware and the UK and and expenses mount. I believe it cost IDCC 200,000 already in the UK alone. Do we have additional legal expenses in Texas?

Hopefully soon this will all be in the past.
