p&f, I'm not an expert, but IMO virtualization is part of the NSA and the Gov. plans for HAP-mandated workstations.

High activity in virtualization space points to a rapid HAP deployment in a nearest future.

Is HAP possible without TPM and Secure Network Access?
NSA video posted by Dabears4 a couple of days ago clearly shows that all ingredients of TC are required for HAP including TPM and Network Access Control(with WAVE's Embassy End Point Enforcer) and WAVE should play important role.
