Bullishfrombirth, with your “ultra conservative” thought...
First, I took under consideration to derive that valuation only one of a few properties owned by PCFG. Not only was it conservative because it was one of a few properties, but I also used a 12 conservative P/E Ratio where I could have used a higher P/E Ratio.
Also, I used a 25% Net Profit Margin. I could have easily had used a 50% Net Profit margin since we are talking about alluvial mining versus hard rock mining. I think things could begin to get very interesting here with PCFG.
