Great DD and valuation Sterling! Thanks! If I'm not mistaken, all of these numbers are ultra conservative and low estimates based on only (1) of their (4) operating subsidiaries. We can only imagine how the valuation will increase if it turns out like some of the adjacent properties and you include all of their current operations.

Nice company update on Friday also. It's good to see them updating their progress regularly. The website was also updated recently! I found a wealth of useful information by reading through it! I suggest everyone take the time to go through it.
