They even had provisional language in the deal that said it was contingent on an air permit.

Oh my, lets see, provisional language contingent on an air permit.

That sounds awful. Why would anyone do that? It sounds as if an air permit might make or break that deal.

I don't need you to provide the link. I know what was done before.
Looking back. Probably wasn't a good idea to announce some of those agreements at the time because the company wasn't that close to getting everything up and running as many of us thought they were.
Then again none of us know the specifics of those negotiations and what was conveyed to the JV's that signed up at that time. Maybe they knew it was going to be 8-12 months before a realistic P20 rollout.
I think the company has learned over the last 6 months to not overpromise anymore and just deliver.
I for one think this company has come a long way in just over a year. Everybody wants everything yesterday. How long do some companies take to develop some drugs? Years or decades before approvals and bringing it to the market.
Looking forward to the permit and rollout.
