It could also mean since (I believe its been reported as such) CET is partially or wholly owned by Dean Bradley, QASP and Dean couldn't reach an amicable agreement regarding the terms of the acquisition. Just another possibility, IMO.
CET did seem to have a specific connection to Dean Bradley.
I disagree......you have to go back and dig a little....
I did a lot last year and as a result of the digging & posting, I got posts deleted and I was restricted to 3 posts/day because Dean was a "hero" then and the mods didn't want him "tarnished"....until I complained that the "mods" were "wrong" and proved it and the admin gave me 6 posts/day...(whoopie!!!!)
you will find that Dean and Solari know each other....they shared the same office address.....they know the same people....they "run in the same circle"....
but, Solari & his CET has been involved with corporate/legal hassles....
and, his technology is "niche market".....
it's really not going to do anything for an aeronautical company....
IMO....it was Solari's "skeletons" coupled with lack of product performance & potential which caused the recent dis-association with QASP.
