My only comment would be to get rid of the google tool bar. It saps resources. Do you actually use it all that much?

I have come to hate Norton over the years...it has slowed down and in some cases crashed more computers than I care to talk about.

I would suggest going to something less memory intensive.

don't know if you would call this a "tweak" or not but replace the hard drive with a solid state drive. that's your "best bang for the buck" upgrade.
