Instead of being so vague, perhaps you'd care to provide the board the exact reason UL will not provide approval for VUOC's revolutionary light bulb. You must work for UL since you must possess inside information, don't you?

Let me guess your reasoning for non approval.

Is it because it doesn't contain mercury like CFB fluorescents?

Is it because it won't be as expensive and cumbersome as LED's?

Is it because it saves 70+% on electricity use?

Is it because VUOC's light bulb can be fabricated into any shape bulb?

Is it because you pump PU*E and don't want to lose your monies?

Is it because the Board of Directors is overqualified?

Is it because the company is debt free?

Is it because you don't have a clue with regard to the product and UL? I'll go with this one.
