Wow interesting. I didn't know that! A company I once worked for was listed on NASDQ I can't remeber what thre annual cost was but it wasn't cheap like 60k for a 100million market cap company at the time.

Which brings up the one issue that no one seems to be talking about, that I have to say is my one big worry and something I think could kill the whole thing. And that is, XMDC does not have the assets!! Didn't Paul say before that all he got from Sam was some old non-working remnants of the Bio-Harp? As much as we (and Paul) would like, if he doesn't have the technology and he doesn't have the PROGRAMMING (the software), then there's no product! Depending on how old the version received is, and how much s/w is missing, XMDC may have alot of re-inventing to do! I'm a programmer; I know!

I am long and deep into this stock, and it has been a real roller coaster! I am hoping for the best, but just want to put out there the downside. Lord knows we have all been caught before with this stock trying to piece together what the heck happened after some big unexpected drop/surprise.

How many times have I heard a company claim to be ready to uplist.... and it either never happened or it took forever.

in fact, it might be true what you say about XMDC uplisting... but you know what, those figures are old and have to be reaudited and gathered up again. Amazing what can happen in a year's time.... so plan on it taking as long to do so.
