The Chancery Mediation program is binding Mediation. Either there is a settlement or the Mediator makes a binding decision. Under what circumstances would there be a trial?

Trial which would cost SL another big chunk of change out of his pocket. Plus, if he loses at trial he is looking at a huge hit to his pocketbook and still giving up the HARP to XMDC. Versus, settling, giving up the HARP properly, keeping some XMDC shares which should be worth a lot of loot with the Bioharp priced in. Seems like the easiest no brainer choice I've ever seen anyone have to make.
