Do you think it's just a coincidence that they announced a strange stock split on a $2.50 stock while under a FINRA investigation?

Something stinks horribly even if you trust their earnings numbers. A 5 for 1 split on a $2.50 stock? WTF?

Anybody consider that the 5 for 1 split that they are considering is an attempt to remain below the radar and avoid uplisting where they would meet potential further scrutiny?

Does it seem odd to anybody that they proposed a 5 for 1 split while being under investigation by FINRA?

And now these disappointing, but not surprising, earnings.

Maybe they wanted the split so that they can avoid questions about uplisting. They seem to have enough problems with FINRA up their butts sniffing around for six months.

And somehow I doubt the problem they have is with somebody predicting that this stock would crash as they went from making big bucks to losing big bucks. It wasn't exactly some strange mystery why a totally mismanaged company crashed.
