I don't we'll see any effects from the issued shares canceling debt. Gregory Owens of SAM Advisors is on VUOC's Board of Directors and they are a major shareholder. Why would they dilute the value oftheir own shares at this point in time?
The companies holding the newly issued shares, SAM Advisors and Full Spectrum were selected by SAM for long term holds. These companies are shareholders and allies to VUOC. They will sell when they feel a more full value of the technology has been utilized and not at these low levels virtually on par with their purchase price. I think we are at the bottom and its up from here.
The company is obviously preparing for production this next quarter IMO.
