posters like derf go in there and stir things up for their own personal amusement while innocently claiming some altruistic purpose...

these types of posters should in fact be banned IMO. They are not there to stimulate discussion, they serve only to draw attention to themselves and be generally disruptive

posters like that ruin it for the ones that are genuinely contrarian and wish to express their views...

At any rate you're just plain correct on the TOU issue. It should be moved to premium status period...
