I believe Clark and General Story share the 1.5 hours. Both are keynote speakers, and the way the website displays the schedule, General Story and Lt. Governor O'Brien would share only 10 minutes... doesn't make logistical sense in the scheduling.

Looks like an error in the web page layout. I expect Clark's portion would be 45 minutes, possibly 60 minutes since Sanswire is the sponsor of the event, with General Story taking the remaining portion.
