Well as per filing possible 1-45 days or less.

Also those who remember and as per tips/ news: VCTY has already go ahead on one of the reactors. So with all the previous info and this new filing merger update at hand it looks rather complete and we're just waiting for final signatures.

could it be sooner? anywhere between 1-45 days... a month is 30... but I think not.

end of the quarter is almost here... and this would make a nice close if they did it before.... just when the MM's close out the books and cover all... run hard it will.
