"VCTY reported completing its paperwork for the big deal and something should be heard in the next month or two. The stock is ticking along as though the market is confident in the deal. A long for speculative buyers."

QUESTION : The next month or two? If the paperwork is complete. Why is it going to take another month? AND, "a long for speculative buyers" Just wondering what others think of this.
I am still VERY confident in this moving forward and sooner than the above states. GLTA
