Spec I think your on track with your speculation but what is going to blow
them out of the water could be a R/M along with Cumming..
making any phantom have to produce the needed shares and shorts to cover.
This is hard ball and DDI has the right people in place to make it work..

Yea there were a few small stocks with gulf exposure that went nuts on 4/30, trico marine being another one ...they filed for chapter 11 reorganization a few weeks ago though.

I've always hard a hard time wrapping my arms around the premise that its been just one seller,might be time to get some answers from the Company itself on Who TF is dumping large blocks at BID.
