Spec I think your on track with your speculation but what is going to blow
them out of the water could be a R/M along with Cumming..
making any phantom have to produce the needed shares and shorts to cover.
This is hard ball and DDI has the right people in place to make it work..
Can a new company be formed out of the Two?? Who knows but in sub penny land
there have been stranger events....
