There is way too much stale info floating around IMO
Even the S&P "factual report" on DPDW is full of errors even though it is "updated" frequently.
I don't have the latest share count handy but I did check about a week ago. I'll post the numbers if I can later.
The book says 1% of the outstanding per quarter IIRC for 144 shares. If PIPE participants can short against 144s, as the courts have ruled, why couldn't C do the same? Same thing for spouse or former partner.
Selling way below book value after a rebound like DDI has shown in the latest Q (EBITDA turned positive at least) has me going over everything again and sorting according to facts, clues, theory, hype etc
If you look back at the chart there are a few spikes like mini short squeezes, what up whit dat?
Would a R/S flush out phantom shares?
