Yeah, it was a great run from '65 on for the Beatles, especially 65-67. Still have my Magical Mystery Tour on LP, booklet and all. :-)

I do feel "A Wizard A True Star" is the answer to any of those albums in terms of having it all, and then some. (Dark Side of the Moon Schmoon! Ha!) When I first heard AWATS, it blew me away. I had to listen again...and again...and again. His sound is more complex, mature...deep lyrics. Think about this...at 26, he had, by then, put out 3 Nazz albums and 7 of his own albums after that - Runt, The Ballad of Todd Rundgren, Something/Anything, AWATS, Todd, TR's Utopia, and Initiation. I'd argue that, in that span, it is the greatest output of any solo artist in pop history.
