Hey Carter. I already saw it. =) And I know whatcha mean. And his chill version of "Sweet" is great as well. I also love Hall & Oates 70's stuff. Killer Philly Soul...and true to the sound. Nice to see them getting the (long overdue) respect they deserve. Hopefully it will catch up with Runt. Musicians' musicans, know what I mean? It's a shame that T-Bone Wolk died. Loved watching him play guitar on that show. He had great soul too.
I saw TR during the AWATS tour last year. I saw the YouTube clips from other shows, and it was good but inconsistent at times. Trust me, they had it completely together by the time they hit Chicago.
BTW, a great H&O song that never finds itself on compilations these days is "I Want to Know You for a Long Time." Now that's Philly and DH at his early best...around 1973.
