Happy to be holding here. Does anyone have any further detail on what the "waitng to enter 60 month service contrats" means? What are they waitng for? Thanks.

Almost $20.00 a share and that does not include the news we are expecting about adding another 1500 hotels. This stock will be going parabolic once people do their DD and we have this FLD.

What BS 840k from 1 hotel. The average Hotels don't even make that much profit let alone give out 840k$.

Great DD. Prakash (the CEO) et al know how to design a business plan and then execute it. Even my piddly MBA from a no-name university, which is worth about the price of the paper it was printed on these days (hahaha!) can see that Tivus is at least serious about the game it's playing. They're in it to win it, in other words, which should come as a comfort to a few of the nervous types that stop in here for a little hand holding and sympathizing ;-)

My post-military background is actually in airline management (You want ulcers? Try helping to run one of the largest airlines in the world at one of its busiest hubs and with a labor force that has an entitlement syndrome that would make any head-shrink psych doc faint in fear), but I'm always professionally interested in looking at these little start-ups that manage to execute properly and make the jump. TIVU seems to be well on the way to doing that.

Actually 31 hotel installations have already been completed so that should be 331 hotels, putting your estimate above the 20$ mark ;).

Add to that the 1500 additional hotels targeted and I'd be able to retire on this one :D.

Seriously though, I'd like to see this trade at .30 to .40 by New Year and I'll be a very happy man with Tivus at that time. Whether we get there will depend when the new contracts can be completed.

By the way, that trade of 17650 at 0.12 was me. I hope I started a new base there for the rest of the day/week and next week :).

TIVU DD Yeilds PPS of $19.80 (seriously)

1) Float 4,500,000, O/S 19,250,347, A/S 300,000,000. Plus, the CEO owns 12,000,000 restricted shares. Float has been unchanged for months.

2) First in-room IPTV contract with DoubleTree in Omaha worth 1.2 mil + and this is KEY (6 mil in advertising rev split between TIVU and hotel) over 5 years= 4.2 mil for TIVU or 840k/year rev for TIVU from just 1 hotel

3) Link to first in-room IPTV, note the bottom where it says advertising rev will be worth 5 to 6 times that of the original contrat!

4) With TIVU getting 840k rev/year from 1 hotel, 300 hotels would be 252 mil rev/year

5) 252 mil rev/year assume 10% net income, or 25 mil. O/S is 19 mil so EPS is 25/19= $1.32 use PE 15 get PPS of $19.80

I had to make that a sticky especially with 1500 more hotels about to enter the picture. People need to know what they are investing in here. This is the best stock buy I have seen since microsoft IMO.
