Thanks, but remember that's how I look at it. Doesn't make me right. I did however market software for seven years with one duplicating machine making a lot of copies.
Lest we forget Digital Goods are copied for FREEEEEEE. So I don't think I am off, but I'm sure there will be some additional customer support staff either in house or outsourced....and Wave has to duplicate when disks are bought. But if you download the software the cost of the goods is amortized by thousands of copies and the cost of an occasional server.
It's why the music industry HAS BEEN so profitable even with the outrageous star contract system. And why those who have gripped about the salaries (burn rate) of the good folk in Princeton and Cupertino have been getting bargins not burnings.
