The purpose, IMO, is twofold:

Tighten the float to maximize market efficiency in fairly valuating a currently grossly undervalued equity AND to SCREW MM's to the wall by using there worn out tactics against them.. especially shorting, crashing the pps and then covering.

Sell on the ask, plain and simple.

The stock went up, consolidated throughout the day, and went up more while closing strong. The people that own the float will sell one day but if done correctly and on the ask, your "will tank like a rock" scenario should not occur.

This is a revenue driven OTCBB stock, not a pump and dump pink pos imo. GLTA
