So can someone explain the end game in a FLD situation? It's obvious to me that locking the float will drive the price through the roof, and probably to whatever level outsiders and shorted MM's can afford. Once the "group" reaches their sell point, does it become a race to the finish to see who can dump first and reap the cash rewards of the FLD? Surely once the locked down float gets cashed in, this will tank like a rock. Can someone who was involved in one of these before please educate me on the exit strategy? Thanks!
