Thank you very much for this info. So the conference call was actually on 1/12/10, 4 days after he was notified by the FDA. This is my point exactly. People cannot take everything literally. Four days passed between Imaging3 receiving notification and the stockholders receiving the info.

Some posters have done an excellent job of trying to stop people from making predictions, of emphasizing that the FDA works only by guidelines, not hard and fast rules. The FDA can respond to Imaging3 whenever it feels like it & justify its timing with whatever excuse it wants. It can then report its timeline as it sees it.

With this knowledge, it serves no purpose to continually argue whether Mr. Janes will notify stockholders within a literal 24 hours from the moment he receives an AI request or whether the FDA will grant SE by day 183, just because it did on another stock. Who cares what the FDA did on another stock! It means nothing here.

Also, no one knows what the PPS will do after approval, as it will probably do the opposite of what everyone expects. No one knows what the value of this product truly is, probably not even Mr. Janes himself. That's what professional negotiators are for. Truly, the value is whatever someone will pay for it. So even Mr. Janes doesn't decide that, the buyer does & Imaging3 either excepts the bid or rejects it.

Wow. Far more than I expected to write. In the end, I hope the Dvis is approved for my own financial profit & for the good it will do in the medical industry.
