I didn't think I had to point out what days those fell on but I guess I will..

He got the letter on Friday Jan 8th in the afternoon.. Not sure if you know this but his office is in Burbank, California.. Markets close at 1 PM their time.. Mailman made the delivery well after closing.. After reading the letter he ended up in the Emergency Room with an acute migraine.. He was there most of the weekend.. On Monday the 11th he released a PR for a CC to discuss the letter..
