My hunch is that the plant location is not public information because of the groundbreaking nature of the technology. Perhaps Oregon, or overseas. I looked for the location and they have been very good at keeping that info off the intertubes. Everything else checks out for me - long.

They found a cheaper lease!!!! instead of 7k a mounth they paying 4k saving double$$$
