2,625 square feet is the size of a 2 bedroom house- and you have a $21M backlog to fill- hence Frank has stated it will take 2 years to fill the backlog using the current facility
the facility they were going to go to was 31,600 square foot and the one the Hydra corp which is 2,625 square foot(which is noted in your post) has always been there and they were going to expand to the 31,600 facility but it fell through with the ammonia deal.
