That makes the most sense out of anything that has been said. Sticky note it

He has been flying around by the seat of his pants, on our dime, spending OUR money frivilously without funding in hand. He should have never comitted any money to any acquisition until financing was completed.

Re-read your words here:

Dean did misuse monies and outright lie to many investors, but most of this was done with the belief on his part that funding would happen. He has been flying around by the seat of his pants, on our dime, spending OUR money frivilously without funding in hand. He should have never comitted any money to any acquisition until financing was completed.

In view of the fact that a doubling of the Outstanding shares were being hosed into market spikes caused by last spring and early summer's activities it could certainly be mistaken for a masterful P&D. It sure looks like it to me.

So far as the history of EQUR/QASP, there is nothing unique here. In fact, it is par for the stinker pink course. Completely typical. Highly predictable.

Audits would have answered what he actually did with the money. If he can't make payroll -where is the money? There are still missing information-dont believe anything in the press release and what deans said in public. I don't believe he gave any money to Newby -only shares as indicated in Press Release. The question is what can you believe at this point.

We do not know all the Facts. There are a lot of parties involved in this not just Dean. I am hoping for the best and as long as APEX is in the picture it is good for us shareholders. Funding and Minseeker is what we want.

"Yes there probably are some very strong criminal cases that could be made against him but running a scam or a pump and dump scheme are not among these."

I disagree and am far from naive. Dean did alot of things wrong but this was never a scam or a P&D. Anyone who believes this is naive and unaware of the history here.

c7,

I agree.

(OT: To DB. I can't PM, but if you believe that is a good decision, then the answer is yes.)
