No arguement that Dean sold into pr's and even got creative but all was done with the belief that funding would come in and he could undo his dilution with a buyback.
Deals were and are real! Just because Dean mismanaged this whole affair doesn't make it like all stinky pinkies. This whole fiasco started with the screw up of the Clayton Group in Chicago. Dean counted on them to live up to their promises and when that became one delay after another this snowballed into our current situation.
These are the facts. No excuses for Dean and his mismanagement of our money and trust. But one just needs to look to the involvement of APEX to know this started as a very real business plan.
Now we are at the mercy of this power struggle.....
