Let me help you in layman terms... 3B in A/S, current O/S is 2.5 (under), and recently retired commons are 1B.. so where did the magic difference of 500M come from?

Panther it amazes me how many think the way money is made in investing is first the CEO does all the ground work, then retires his shares for free, then works to make annonymous shareholders infinitely wealthier than him while he does all the work just because you "invested"!!
