You need to download this form, http://www.transferonline.com/system/forms/TOL_144D_letter.pdf
complete it, send it to Transfer Online along with your certificate and a check for $39. You will then receive a new certificate without the Rule 144 stamp. Only then can you deposit them in your account.

wait until the split is complete then send your certs to T/A.

I think maybe something about warrants should be posted on a INIX sticky. practically every day for the past two or three weeks, someone has a question on it.

I have not converted any of my restricted warrant certificates into tradeable certificates. There might be someone who has lifted the restriction however that does not mean they actually deposited them into their brokerage account.

It is a legal certificate and the company is current on its filings so there should be no way your broker does not place these into your account.
