I have not converted any of my restricted warrant certificates into tradeable certificates. There might be someone who has lifted the restriction however that does not mean they actually deposited them into their brokerage account.

You need to download this form, http://www.transferonline.com/system/forms/TOL_144D_letter.pdf
complete it, send it to Transfer Online along with your certificate and a check for $39. You will then receive a new certificate without the Rule 144 stamp. It is a legal certificate and the company is current on its filings so there should be no way your broker does not place these into your account.
