Actually, it does not look like the company dumped any shares. On Level 2 it looks, like alot of buying painted RED. What I can tell you is that at 4PM you can call the T/A and my bet will be we are still at 2.46B shares! My money is on Frank and the strong company he is building here. Very strong indeed!
Sounds more like you were dumping. Here's an idea. Why don't we wait and see like yesterday what the T/A has to say about it. When you feel a raindrop on your head, do you immediately assume the sky is falling?
