Actually, it does not look like the company dumped any shares.
On Level 2 it looks, like alot of buying painted RED. What I can
tell you is that at 4PM you can call the T/A and my bet will be
we are still at 2.46B shares! My money is on Frank and the strong
company he is building here. Very strong indeed!
