I don't see why anyone would take the good doctor's leave as a bad thing. In fact, I read it and instantly thought it a good move. The management knows better than us why they did this, and I'll bet my shares that it's simply another move towards solidifying the company for its future growth.
They have yet to be stupid or sloppy about anything. And I don't think that at this pivotal time they would be doing anything to jeopardize what is sure to be coming.
I think you might agree with me that for anyone that has been doing some serious and ongoing DD on ADGI/GTEL and has taken the time to communicate with Mr. Hinton in past years .... could come to the conclussion that Mr. Hinton was looking to branch out into other business and social avenues ......thus his retiring from the GTEL Management Team ...I felt it was a planned and expected exit by both himself...management and shareholders that took the time and effort to follow along....JMO!
Based on the millions of shares recently indicated on insider reports......it appears that Mr. Hinton might just have some very large pay days in the days to come....assuming of course if the remaining management members can deliver some additional shareholder value ....JMO! EOM!
