no, I didn't think you insuated anything. You may be right in your speculation, I just don't know.

I look at it as a material news event that took place almost one week ago and needed to be made public. I certainly did not view it as bad news but some may have..we should be about one month closer to hearing a yes or no on AMEX since it was announced to us Jan. 10th..thanks...rock
