You're right for once! Starfest is currently a separate LEGAL private entity, and will be public as soon as they have an official IPO! However, it WILL STILL BE OWNED BY THE PARENT COMPANY, and therefore, be counted as ASSETS in the PARENT COMPANY, and therefore, affect the PRICE of the PARENT COMPANY.
